- FROM BALI TO NUSA PENIDA
To get to Nusa Penida, first you must be in Bali then cross the sea to the island. Maybe you stay in Kuta, Nusa Dua or some places in middle of Bali please go to Sanur harbor to get fast boat to Nusa Penida. If you stay in east of Bali like Karangasem, Candidasa and other you can using ferry form Padang bay to Nusa Penida or using fast boat in Tribuana harbor.
In Padang bay harbor is using ferry about 1 hour to cross the sea and the ticket price is IDR 50.000 per person. Ferry departure time is not stable some time at 11.00 am, some time in 01.00 pm. Ferry trip is only one a day. To get the ticket you must be there at 9.00 am.
In Tribuana harbor is using fast boat call Gangga Express about 20 minutes to reach the island and ticket price is IDR 100.000. They have many boat and many departure time and they arrive in Sampalan harbor in Nusa Penida. This is Gangga express departure time:

- FROM BALI AIRPORT TO NUSA PENIDA
For you that planning to skip Bali and go direct to Nusa Penida please get flight that arrive in the morning to have more chance to get fast boat because there are no boat at evening. From the airport of Bali you can using taxi to Sanur harbor to get fast boat direct to Nusa Penida. There are many fastboat company to choose and they have several departure time to Nusa Penida.
To get to Sanur harbor from the airport you can using taxi driver from the airport by IDR 250,000 – 300,000. You also can use Grab taxi with cheaper price but you must go out from the airport by walking around five minutes. For cheapest price you can using a bus call Trans Sarbagita and it easy to find the Sarbagita bus stop. When you get into Trans Sarbagita bus they will asking to where you want to stop, just say to them to Sanur harbor to get boat to Nusa Penida. Trans Sarbagita ticket price is IDR 3,500 – 5,000.

Such as if the accommodation is around Toyapakeh choose Dwi Manunggal or Angel Billabong that arrive in Dermaga Banjar Nyuh harbor.
